  • What if I am unable to attend the test I booked?

  • What if I don't pass the test?

    For tests booked through us, you will receive one free retake. Instructions for arranging the retake will be sent to you by email.

    If you fail the second attempt as well, you will receive instructions during the test session.

  • Is it allowed to use a translator during the test?

    You are not allowed to use any aids during the test. The use of phones or similar devices is prohibited. You cannot bring your own interpreter either. The test is conducted in silence, and you cannot ask the examiner for clarification on the statements.

  • How long does the test take?

    At least 20 minutes to ensure a quiet environment for everyone during the test. The maximum time for completing the test is 45 minutes.

  • Which language can I take the test in?

    The language of the test is chosen in advance; Finnish, Swedish, or English. These language options are included in the regular test fees.

  • How should I prepare for the test?

    You can study for the test on your own. Classroom training is optional, and we are currently only offering it for groups.

  • What should I do if I have lost my hygiene passport card or certificate?

    If you have the certificate or hygiene passport card, we can order a new card for you. The order comes with a fee. If you have lost both copies, the reordering period is 5 years from the test completion date. This order is also subject to a fee.

  • I haven't received my certificate by mail?

    The certificate will be sent within 2-3 weeks after the test is successfully completed. The address is written by you on the envelope, which will be provided at the beginning of the test session. Please write the address clearly. We are not responsible for postal delivery. However, if the certificate has not arrived 1.5 months after the test, you can contact us. Complaints made after 6 months are subject to a fee.

  • I don’t have an ID card, can I still participate in the test?

    t is mandatory to show a valid and acceptable ID for the test. Without it, you cannot participate in the test.

  • I've forgotten my password. How can I log in?
